Manage my data

Local drafts, published data and purchases are recovered in different ways.

Before reinstalling

On iPhone, keep an encrypted backup from Settings → Secure recovery and store its phrase separately. After reinstalling, import that backup. Restore Purchases recovers Apple benefits, not your drafts.

iCloud is optional and saves encrypted text and design in your private Apple database. It does not include files, codes, purchases or editing access. Keep the encrypted backup in Files to recover those data.

On the web, keep this browser’s data. Save draft text from the editor; this is not an encrypted backup of access or files. Clearing browser data may lose local drafts and access.

Delete my data

On Noelli for iPhone: Settings → Delete my data. On the web: Settings → Delete account. Links and published content access are revoked. Signing out only removes this device’s copy and keeps server data.

Deleting data does not cancel your Apple subscription. Manage renewal in your Apple account.

If you received a calendar

In the received calendar, open More options → Sign out and clear local access. To remove the online gift, ask its creator to replace the link or delete their data.
