How do I recover my calendars?
On iPhone, keep an encrypted backup from Settings → Secure recovery and store its phrase separately. After reinstalling, import that backup. Restore Purchases recovers Apple benefits, not your drafts.
How do I restore purchases?
On iPhone, open Settings → Restore Purchases with the same Apple account. Used extras and upgrades recover through your Noelli access and the server ledger; StoreKit does not replenish spent consumables.
Why doesn’t a link work?
Ask the sender for their latest link. A replaced link no longer grants access. Open the full link; no account or Noelli installation is needed.
Why is a door locked?
Each surprise opens on its date at midnight in the calendar’s time zone. Changing the device clock does not open it early.
What if an upload is interrupted?
Your prepared file stays on this device. Return to the calendar to continue or retry. If you cancel, you can select the file again; don’t close or clear browser data while it is saving.
How do I manage or cancel Pro?
Manage renewal in your Apple account subscriptions. Cancelling renewal keeps Pro until the paid period ends. Deleting Noelli data does not cancel Apple billing.
What does the visual upgrade include?
Removes the signature and offers three premium openings for one calendar. It does not add photos, video, audio, Pro tools or another calendar.
